# Les taux EGalim pour les département et régions d'outre-mer (DROM)

Taux EGalim en Outre-mer : quelles obligations ?

||| La loi EGalim fixe des objectifs d’approvisionnement pour la restauration collective : au moins 50 % de produits durables et de qualité, dont 20 % de produits bio. Mais en outre-mer, ces seuils sont progressifs et différenciés selon les territoires, pour tenir compte des réalités locales.

Trois groupes de territoires ont été définis, chacun avec des objectifs spécifiques et un calendrier adapté.

### **Groupe 1**
**Territoires concernés** : Guadeloupe, Guyane, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Martin 
**Objectifs EGalim** :
